Loving my Pacaso!

We purchased our share of our Pacaso home in Palm Springs in late spring this year. We’ve already had several weeks in our second home and have loved every minute of it. Our home has provided very comfortable and beautiful space to share with our family and friends. Our Pacaso home and the support behind it has exceeded our expectations.

Stars are required not earned. Chad somehow aquire my personal cell number and is harassing me with text messages requesting personal information.
After seeing my review Pacaso wants more personal info including my phone number....seriously ????

Top Notch Experience

My experience to date with Pacaso has been top notch. Their communication has been great. They have a real eye for detail and for making interactions with them special. It feels like a very personal connection!

Their contracting process is a mess and…

Their contracting process is a mess and although I went through with my purchase they still have not completed the setup for the $2,800,000 house. I was promised that the hot tub would be ready by my first stay. Now with less than a week before my stay they are saying that they have not been able to install it. I would have NEVER bought a ski house without a hot tub.

Our Purchase Experience

Chris Alfred and the Entire Pacaso Team made the purchase of our first Pacaso home very easy and smooth from our initial introduction to the property to the final closing. They were responsive to all of our questions and the entire process took about one month.
After the purchase, our key contacts were introduced and they made our ownership transition and orientation simple, making sure that reservations for property use could be made simple in the upcoming months.
Overall, the Pacaso team made co-ownership of a vacation home easy and enjoyable. We look forward to enjoying our new home with the Pacaso team guiding us!

The concept is great but I would wait a…

The concept is great but I would wait a while for them to figure things out. The sales process was quick even though we had our doubts we went through with the purchase. It seems like as soon as the sale was done we were handed off to a home manager that was simply set up for failure. I would have rather waited than use family time to stay in a home that felt rushed and incomplete.

The delivery time is at least two…

The delivery time is at least two months behind schedule. They also overpromise some changes that did not occur. I hope once I am able to use the house forget about this details.

Fantastic Experience

Really easy, streamlined process from start to finish. I bought the Pacaso share for my family but sell real estate for a living, and I wish our typical transactions were as easy as this. Looking forward to our first stay in Palm Springs!

Pacaso staff were all friendly

Pacaso staff were all friendly, transparent and accommodating. A special touch was helping us by providing a portable crib and being willing to set up gates before our visit to keep our grandchild from falling.

I bought one share in a home about 6…

I bought one share in a home about 6 months ago. So far I've loved the home and the process was easy. The house is perfectly clean each time we've used it, and we've been able to find a reasonable number of dates for a 1/8 share. If you are an extremely busy professional who wants the fun part of having a vacation home without dealing with the hassles and you have money to spare, this is a good option. I would not consider this an investment to make money though. It's a luxury pure and simple. My only complaints are pretty minor and would not prevent me from buying again. One is that the home manager had agreed to come meet us during our first stay but flaked. Second, Pacaso has moved the cleaning services in-house versus outsourcing to 3rd parties. Corporations being Corporations, my concern is that we may see some rather steep price increases relating to cleaning fees and home management.

Everything was great - gorgeous home

Everything was great for our recent stay on Red Cardinal. The home is gorgeous and very well equipped.

Jeremy was very helpful in showing us around the home on Red Cardinal as well as our future home on South Sea Pines. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Jeremy and we are very excited about our home on South Sea Pines.

Malibu Dream Home

My wife and I had many questions while we were considering a Pacaso second home investment: financing, scheduling, LLC particulars and community acceptance. The staff were very very friendly, responsive and forthcoming in fielding all of our questions/concerns. We were intrigued by the home ownership model and ultimately decided to make an investment in a Malibu beach home. So glad we did! The property is even more beautiful in person: tastefully decorated and well appointed in terms of in-home amenities. We are very happy with our purchase, and we may consider an additional Pacaso investment in the future.

We are so excited!

1. You actually have ownership
