An Impressive Journey with Pacaso: Continually Exceeding Expectations

We have recently completed our purchase with Pacaso and would like to express our appreciation for the exceptional service we received throughout the process. From our initial sales contact, the team was not only helpful but also exceptionally friendly. As we moved into the closing phase, the closing team continued to provide outstanding support and professionalism. Our interactions with the property manager and scheduling team have been equally positive, showcasing their expertise and approachability. We encountered no obstacles during the process, and each step has increased our satisfaction. Furthermore, the app has proven to be remarkably intuitive and user-friendly.

Extremely Smooth

The onboarding experience has been extremely smooth! Everyone is detailed orientated and love the personal questions that are sent to help you all get to know our family better.

This concept is simply incredible!

This concept is simply incredible! I've purchased two units on two separate properties. One is in Park City and the other is on Newport Beach peninsula. The properties are amazing, well furnished and completely turn key. Instead of the seller renting out to air bnb daily or weekly renters Pacaso limits to just 8 owners. True owners on title. The level of care that brings from just 8 owners as opposed to hundreds of random renters over time helps keep the local community stable and thriving. I can not thank Pacaso enough for this concept that brought homes financially out of reach within the grasp of my family.

This is the model for us!

Pacaso has a very different model that fits us perfectly. I can't afford 100% of the type of home that would be right for us, and couldn't use it enough to justify the expense anyway. And, I've seen too many instances where the second home owners spend so much of their time on upkeep and maintenance, not enjoying their time away from daily life. We're excited about our Pacaso adventure.

Our Pacaso and memories!

I think people are always really surprised when they come to our Pacaso. If you invite people, they will come, and they will want to come again and again. We love the high-end furnishings, finishes, outdoor area, pool, hot tub, fireplace, and dining table. It’s the whole package: comfortable elegance. We’ve made so many memories that we will keep forever.

Amazing experience with Pacaso

When we first heard about Pacaso, we already owned a vacation home and we were finding that the cost and maintenance were too cumbersome. We came across a great opportunity in Saint Helena through Pacaso, and it was perfect. It's been great to actually connect more with our friends and family. We love being a part of the community. We actually have our daughter in some summer camps in the area to make friends with other kids in the community.
There's a whole team at Pacaso taking care of things. They're making sure the home is clean and maintained. They're making sure that the electric bills are being paid, the Internet bill, etc. But we still have this asset that is growing in value and we get to use it at the same time. Everything is so transparent, either in the app or from our property manager. I've actually taken some of the learnings from Picasso and implemented it in my own business because the customer service has been 5-star.

Perfect ownership in Palm Desert

My husband and I have owned a timeshare in Palm Desert for the past 12 years, and have loved coming to this beautiful paradise. During the pandemic, we explored ownership possibilities, and our son suggested we upgrade from our timeshare in the Valley and transition to owning real estate with Pacaso. A few months later, we were at the BNP Tennis tournament and saw Pacaso everywhere. It was literally a sign to move forward! We are now very happy owners of 2 shares and love the elevated quality of life we enjoy while at our Pacaso home. Every minute detail of ensuring a turnkey experience, is provided. We are thrilled with being Pacaso owners.

Not so sure.

We have not stayed at our house as of yet but I do already see that getting to stay when you want will pose a problem. If I would have known how difficult it was to get in on the dates we want I do not know if I would have gone forward with this transaction. A few communication issues with the money wire but otherwise everyone has been very helpful and nice.

Our SmartStay scheduling system is designed to ensure all owners have equitable access to their home, but we recognize that individual owners do not always get their first choice of dates. Because stays can be scheduled up to 2 years in advance, and owners are limited in the number of bookings they can hold at one time, we find that most people are able to secure dates that work well for them. Please don't hesitate to reach out to your home manager with your concern -- they can review the calendar with you and discuss options. We will also pass your feedback along to the team. It was a very painless situation lol. The pacaso team worked well together in all phases of the buying process as the transition moved very fast but all questions were covered along the way! Highly recommend as a second home opportunity that’s affordable for amazing properties !

Sandra = amazing!

Sandra shows great care in ensuring owners have a wonderful experience! Every time we go the house has new features and little touches that make it more enjoyable. This time around, we got to enjoy the outdoor furniture, the rug and mirror and the primary bedroom, and the steppers for the pool cover. And we so appreciate her accommodating schedules! We love her!

Pacaso made the idea of a second home a…reality

Pacaso made the idea of a second home a reality. After a two year search being outbid on several homes, shared ownership got us in to a beautiful home for a fraction of the price. Got rid of the obligation of managing a home and concern that we weren’t using it enough.
We are elated to have a place in Tahoe without the daily responsibilities.

All of our dealings from my first phone…

All of our dealings from my first phone call to the closing on our home were handled very professionally. Pacaso target buyers are used to professional service in all their business and personal endeavors, so that is their expectations. All of the Pacaso Team Members were very responsive and in some cases took the initiative to keep all the details and documents moving. This is only possible in a DocuSign environment.

We couldn't be happier following our…

We couldn't be happier following our purchase of a second home with Pacaso. We looked in two different markets and met with three different members of their team and everyone was really great. The purchase was easy and we now have access to the booking application... it is exactly what we were expecting and as described to us. We have reserved our future stays and can't wait for the enjoyable times we spend in our new house without all the normal work that owning a typical second home brings. Thank you!

Very happy with our Pacaso

Every stay at our Pacaso home has been a joy. It’s so great to arrive and have everything in place for a worry free vacation. The yard and pool are impeccably maintained and the interior is spotless. As someone who enjoys cooking and baking, it’s fantastic to have all the essentials to make a great dinner or bake cookies. Our Pacaso contact has always been quick to reply to any questions we have and update us on anything new. We are very happy!

Great all the way around!

We recently purchased a 1/8 share....

We recently purchased a 1/8 share in an already established LLC from a seller wishing to exit. The negotiation over price was straight-forward and efficient. I had a fairly detailed set of questions about the property and maintenance needs, much of which was answered by Pacaso sharing the most recent Home Inspection and Appraisal.

The entire financial pathway was clear. Availability of Pacaso personnel was never a problem.

Post sale we've greatly enjoyed meeting our house manager and receiving two orientations and her speedy responses to our new-be questions.

The booking app took about 9 days to turn on, which is excessive.

We've yet to make our first stay (soon!) and expect top-notch service and support, a beautiful home, and a great stay, all based on our experiences thus far.

From the ridiculous to the sublime

In just a matter of days, we went from sadness to happy. We had to cancel our vacation trip to Mexico -- but at the same time, my wife found a Pacaso link to our dream house: a stunningly beautiful house at the right size (3br/3ba), the right city and neighborhood (Palm Springs), and the right price (i.e., completely affordable). Next, in an easy-to-manage whirlwind of phone and zoom calls, user-friendly documents, signings, and funds transfers, we were second home owners. A gigantic thank you to every person on the Pacaso team that we talked to: everything was done with smiles and cheer. We can't recommend Pacaso enough. Truly a wonderful experience.

Recent Purchase Experience

We completed the purchase of a 1/8 share in a Pacaso home in early April 2022. Excellent, smooth acquisition process overall. Geoff, our sales rep, was extremely responsive to our questions and information requests during the due diligence period. Everyone we have interacted with so far at Pacaso has been very professional and helpful. Our first stay is coming up in a few weeks!

The Next Disruptor

My wife and I owned and rented a 2nd home for 15 years before we decided it’s too much hassle. We found ourselves spending more time repairing, cleaning, and restocking instead of enjoying our home.

When I came across the Pacaso listing for the share we ultimately purchased, I thought it was too good to be true. After going through the sales and purchase process I could only think how Pacaso is the next disruptor in real estate. Sorta like your first ride share experience when you get out and think, “wow, this is a game changer!”

Since purchasing our share early 2022, Pacaso has been everything we were hoping and more. Beautiful home (check), lower ownership costs (check), red carpet treatment (check), and no tools required!
